"My driver was very nice and prompt. I did not have cash and there was no way for me to leave an electronic tip. I apologized to him and he was very gracious in letting me know that it was ok. Joyride, however, did not send me any text messages about who my driver was, nor the car make, model or license plate number of the person collecting me. I ultimately received a call from the driver, which I was only comfortable getting in his car, because of course he had my phone number, but he was able to verify that I had organized, but he did not know Joyride Service, and my ride was stated to be a Lyft driver, but ultimately, the driver I had was with Uber. It was confusing to say the least. Overall, though, I had a great experience. The communication could be better between Joyride and the customer. "

"Pickup was on time and our driver Christina was very nice. Lyft had us scheduled for the wrong terminal drop-off, if you know Vegas they have two separate terminals. She recognized the mistake and brought us to the correct one and saved us having to get taxi. "
