If you need to update a booking for any reason, you need to contact Jayride.com as soon as possible. Contact us here with the booking ID and amendments and we will update the booking for you.
Note: If you need to update a booking with less than 24 hours until travel time, it’s more efficient to contact the transfer company directly with the contact details provided in your booking confirmation and confirm the changes to the booking directly with them.
Travel Agents can earn a commission of up to 10% on every booking made with Jayride, including on all concierge bookings.
